Our professional studio incorporates digital technology to provide the highest quality of pictures. Although we now use digital imaging, we have years of traditional color processing experience in a custom color lab. The knowledge and experience we have gained allows us to provide superb photographs. We're with your digital pictures from the moment of creation till we place your pictures in your hands. This allows us to monitor quality at ever aspect of production. The end result: higher quality, quicker turnaround, and better value. We are specialists using Photoshop, combining this with our cutting edge digital hardware (like one of our several cameras Canon EOS 1D Mark II N, Canon EOS 5D, or a Canon 30D; in combination with one of our several Canon Professional lens like a 16-35 mm f/2.8 II L lens, 24-70mm f/2.8 L lens, 50 mm f1.4 lens, 70-200mm f/2.8 L lens; or our 9"x12" Wacom Tablets) and you get the best digital experience available in west central Illinois.

Camera to Computer Tethering

With our cameras we can connect to anyone of our computers and control the exposure (yes-during the shoot) of the shot while also previewing your pose so it's perfect from the outset. Instantaneous feedback on photo composition! Which means better poses in your session and quality photographs from the start. No reshoots or unseen poses due to equipment failure, eyes closed, missing smiles or any of those unseen misfortunes not noticed until after you have left the studio.

Our photocrafting (digital picture editing) capabilities include:

Changing/Combining poises from other photographs
Taking out moles, embarrassing blemishes, unwanted scars, & those ever present wrinkles - with wrinkles we just "soften" them so you don't get that plastic face look
Removing of unsightly leaves, bare ground, fly-away hair, etc.
Cosmetic Digital Surgery-this can seem "wrong," and if done to much then it will be. Again, photocrafting is only good if it's not noticeable, so we only do digital cosmetic surgery sparingly.
