These are actual comments made from brides that had their wedding day ruined from an "I have a camera, make a fast buck, local low life's pretending to be professional photographers".

"Found **** on MySpace, liked her work a lot. So I called her and messaged her on MySpace and she sent me a contract. So I sent a deposit of $400.00 by check. Which she cashed right away. Then I didn't hear from her until about 3 weeks before May 1st (my wedding date) She explained she had been left by her child's father and was having a lot of personal issues. So I thought to give her another chance and she said she would be at the wedding spot at noon sharp. Well after calling her phone (that wasn't even hers) about a hundred times she calls me from a payphone about 5 minutes away. She was an hour late. She didn't even get shots of my bridesmaids and groomsmen walking out because she was somewhere else. Then at the reception she sat up at the bar and barely got up to photograph anything. Then she told me she wanted the remaining 200 dollars in cash. So I paid her the rest and she told me my pictures would be done in 4 days. It is now July 12 and her phone is shut off her MySpace website is gone, and I have no wedding pictures. The sad part is my sister paid for her as a wedding gift for my husband and I. Anyone taking legal action I would love to join in on bringing her scam of a business down. I have the contract she signed and bank statements showing she cashed the check. I've been checking with the police to see what my options are."

"yes my story is similar to yours found her on MySpace thought price was good sent deposit then went to call her just to make sure everything was still according to plan (my wedding isn't until end of October) and no phone no site...I too have a contract, bank statement, all the emails she sent me, and all of the reviews on here..also her face book page (she blocked me) and of course current address.."

"Horrible. I hired this "company" to photograph my wedding this past weekend. I sent in my deposit plus an extra $50 for travel costs. Surprise she never showed up. Almost ruined our day . I still have northward from her. Thanks God for **** who called **** . I highly recommend both of those businesses. NOT ****. Also don't let her tell you this is a competitor. My wedding was July 3, 2010."

"My daughter paid this lady a lot of money to do pics for her wedding ,, she has the money and now will not call or contacted my daughter ,,, what a scam... "

"We found a ‘great deal’ online for our photographer….. We had a simple wedding no attendants should be pretty easy. That day she took 300+ candid shots, NO posed put together shots, She then did not follow up with her contract and give us 2 parent albums, and one full of 100 pictures for us. We followed-up with calls and many emails no response so took her to small claims court, she did not show, of course the judge ruled on our behalf but what did we get? a loss of the $ in court fees. The joys!"
