We'll be glad to help you with your goals of having your day professionally captured in photographs and schedule a free in studio consultation to make that all possible for you. We have 2-3 photographers photographing every wedding/reception-which is included in of our Wedding Packages. We have both male and female photographers on staff with over 50 years of photography experience amongst them. We attend your wedding rehearsal (on our own time) so we can know ahead of time what special events you might have planned and the best photography positions to be in to capture them. Your captured memories are not just for you, but also for the generations that come from your union. Provide them with beautiful artistically created photographs that will stand the test of time-a smile with wonderful thoughts every time they're viewed! Packages should be decided on by numerous variables, some of which are-locations, the size of your wedding party, number of guests, the type of ceremony you're having, the style/number of pictures you wish to have to remember your wedding by, etc, etc. Part of our free consultation is pointing out the time and photo opportunities in conjunction with your wedding plans.

Our Studio Print Credits are designed so that YOU can decide on how many prints of any sizes YOU want-not a photographer making you take what they think is best (or cheapest at Walmart). If you only want 4"x6" or 8"x10" prints then that's what you get; if you want a mix of wallets, 4"x6", 5"x7", 8"x10", 20"x24", etc then that's what you get. You make up the print quantity and print size package! You know what photographs you need and what photographs to give to family and friends.

Sadly but yes we can and will do our best to fix those wedding pictures that you get for a 'to good to be true" price and then dumped with a CD full of Click-Away-Carl's and Digital Debbie's make a fast buck picture service. We can't make any promises (cause some have been God awful) but just ask and we'll see what we can do to try and save your special day.

A Few Fast Facts There are only 16 Saturday's during the peak Wedding months. Don't Hesitate-Our calendar is already filling up fast for the 2010-2011 wedding seasons and already starting into 2012! 8 out of every 1000 people get married every year. So just in the Galesburg area alone there will be over 240 marriages this year. 240 marriages-16 Saturdays in the Wedding Season. That could mean there are 15 other brides having their wedding on your special day.  For every $1000 your invest in photographing your wedding memories; will equal a mere five cents a day ($20 a year) by the time you make it to your 50th anniversary! By contrast...we spend an average of $2 a day ($730 a year) on soda/coffee without batting an eye!!!
The bottom line, as you know, it's not necessarily how much you end up spending on photographs. Instead, it's how much pleasure you get from them over the years! An in studio consultation is highly suggested before we will reserve your wedding date. We would love to meet with you in person and discuss your wedding plans and thoughts so that we may provide you with the best options and include you as member in of our family of memories. We normally attend most wedding rehearsals so that we may know the best lighting and photographer positioning for your wedding. We do this on our own time and it doesn't take away from your wedding photography package. Are we the cheapest photographer available? Most likely not. Are we the most expensive photographer available? Highly doubtful. And believe it or not: We don't care what the other photographers are charging! What we care about is offering you the very best services and products we're capable of providing. Just 10 questions to ask those other "photographers" (aka Digital Debbie's and Click-Away Carl's): Will I have a legal contract to sign protecting me in case you go out of business; don't show up or are late for my wedding/reception; I don't get my pictures or they just suck; showing how much I paid you and for what services you are providing; protecting my wedding date/time so you don't take another job and leave me without a photographer? Do you have business liability insurance that covers me, my guests and where I'm having my wedding/reception? Are you a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA)? How can you not have a professional business studio IF you're a professional photographer? Will my guests be able to view my wedding /reception photographs AND be able to purchase them online? Will I have my own photograph viewing site with password protection? Will I (or my guests) be coming to your home or center court of the mall to pickup our photographs? Are my images professionally edited/cropped/corrected or just handed to me on a disk and left for me to fix? Are you using professional photography equipment or the same thing I can run down to the local big box store and buy/use? Will we have wedding photography consultations about my special day and will you you be at my rehearsal to see how I have my wedding day planned or just show up and wing it at wedding time? Yes these are all questions to be concerned with! We've seen and heard of horror stories from couples that have had "unexpected" things happen from using someone with a camera claiming to be a professional photographer and ruining one of their most special of days. Wishing you had done this or that with your wedding photography AFTER your wedding is over will not change those lost moments. Why have a perfect wedding that is costing in the thousands of dollars only to have cut-rate photographs years later to remember it by? "Capturing Life's Most Precious Memories"...that's what we're about!
Statement of Policy Regarding Wedding Photography Estimate 2-8 Weeks for Your Proof Previewing From the Date of Your Wedding A $250.00 retainer is required to secure (book) a wedding date. 50% of your package balance is due a minimum of 90 days prior to your wedding date. The package balance is due a minimum of 30 days prior to your wedding date. An in studio consultation is highly suggested before we will reserve your wedding date. We would like to meet with you and discuss your wedding plans before we'll include you as a member in of our Cameo Family of Memories. A $30.00 fee will be charged for any NSF check. Add $50.00 if travel is between 25-39 Miles from Galesburg for each trip. Add $100.00 if travel is between 40-64 Miles from Galesburg for each trip. Add $125.00 if travel is between 65-100 Miles from Galesburg for each trip. Contact us for destination weddings or for other travel distances not listed.
