We have 2-4 photographers (experienced with hundreds of wedding day photography events) photographing every wedding & reception and it's included in your Custom Wedding Package. We have both male and female photographers on staff with over 50 years of photography experience amongst them. We attend your wedding rehearsal (on our own time) so we can know ahead of time what special events you might have planned and the best photography positions to be in to capture them. Once we see how your wedding day is setup, we'll use camera lenses ranging in sizes from 16mm to 300mm and bring lighting stands with strobe lighting if needed, all this is part of what we do to get you that perfect image.
Your captured memories are not just for you, but also for the generations that come from your union. Provide them with beautiful artistically created photographs, framed prints and albums that will stand the test of time-bringing a smile with wonderful thoughts every time they're viewed!

Double Float Metal Prints
Double Float Metal Prints are unique way to present your photos on metal. A single MetalPrint is floated 3/8" off the surface of a second, larger Metal Print, creating a contemporary "framing" effect.
The back image creates a 1" frame around the smaller MetalPrints and a 2" frame around the 16x16 or larger MetalPrints.
The back print can be an image of your choice, or color.
Sharp Square, Rounded, or Scalloped Corners can be specified for each print.

Those formal portraits are a wonderful way of keeping an official record but there's nothing quite like a photo booth to produce candid pictures that will show you just how much everyone enjoyed themselves. Rent a photo booth to help collect the lasting memories of the event.
Besides accepting credit cards to help make your wedding day happen, we also have a 12 month installment plan that's interest free. So if you book your wedding day a year in advance, and if your package is $1250, your retainer fee would be $250 with 12 monthly payments of $83.34.

An in studio consultation is highly suggested before we will reserve your wedding date. We would love to meet with you in person and discuss your wedding plans and thoughts so that we may provide you with the best options and include you as member in of our family of memories. We normally attend most wedding rehearsals so that we may know the best lighting and photographer positioning for your wedding. We do this on our own time and it doesn't take away from your wedding photography package.
Are we the cheapest photographer available? Most likely not. Are we the most expensive photographer available? Highly doubtful. And believe it or not: We don't care what the other photographers are charging! What we care about is offering you the very best services and products we're capable of providing.

Do you have business liability insurance that covers me, my guests and where I'm having my wedding/reception so I don't get sued because of your accidents?
Are you a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA)?
Are you shooting in jpeg or RAW? (true wedding photography professionals use RAW)
How can you not have a professional business studio IF you're a professional wedding photographer?
Will my guests be able to view my wedding/reception photographs AND be able to purchase them online? Can I have my own photograph viewing site with password protection?
Will I (or my guests) be coming to your home or center court of the mall to pickup the photographs we order?
Are my images professionally edited/corrected or just handed to me on a disk and left for me to fix?
Are you actually only using Facebook or one of those free blog sites as your way of marketing on the internet?
Are you using professional photography equipment or the same thing I can run down to the local big box store and buy? My favorite smile came from seeing a lady using the pop-up flash on her $400 Wally World camera to photograph a wedding.
Will we have wedding photography consultations about my special day and will you you be at my rehearsal to see how I have my wedding day planned or just show up and wing it at wedding time?
How many weddings have you photographed before?
Yes these are all questions to be concerned with! We've seen and heard of horror stories from couples that have had "unexpected" things happen from using someone with a camera claiming to be a professional wedding photographer and ruining one of their most special of days.
Taking pictures for a newspaper, or at little Tommy's soccer game or of the family pet does not even remotely qualify someone to photograph one of life's most cherished moments.
Wishing you had done this or that with your wedding photography AFTER your wedding is over will not change those lost moments. Why have a perfect wedding that is costing in the thousands of dollars only to have cut-rate pictures years later to remember it by?

Sadly, but yes we can and will do our best to fix those wedding pictures that you get for/from a 'to good to be true" price and then dumped with a CD full of Click-Away-Carl's and Digital Debbie's make a fast buck picture service. We can't make any promises (cause some have been God awful) but just ask and we'll see what we can do to try and save your special day.

The retainer is included in your package pricing
Until this retainer is paid that date remains available for other's to book (secure).
If you're interested in a date we will hold it for 48-72 hours after talking with you.
An in studio consultation is highly suggested before we'll reserve your wedding date. We would like to meet with you and discuss your wedding plans before we'll include you as a member in of our Cameo Portraits Family of Memories.
A $30.00 fee will be charged for any NSF check.
Travel fees may be charged for weddings beyond 50 miles of Galesburg.
